Hi All,

Just an update. I've gone from BELOW STANDARD to TRS overnight.

Keep in mind my evaluation date is the 20th of the month. So, why is it taking until the 29th to have this posted to my dashboard?

I didn't receive ANY discount for April. Will I receive it for May?

And, in search....I'm still at bottom of the barrel! One can't get much lower than me!

The caution flags are still everywhere...but are not RED, now they are like a regular yield sign...both on my dashboard and in my eBay store (behind the scenes).

I called support yesterday regarding the 14 shipping time LOWS and NOW the 14 shipping/handling LOWS and was told that they don't have a clue who left them and they don't have a way to find out. Something tells me that I'm not being told the truth yet again.

To all: ON A MORE FUN NOTE....I just added some photos of three of our four beautiful daughters from the skating carnival that they participated in. Take a peek in my eBay store and you'll see the photo album! Kaitlyn and MacKenzie, our twins, were in one group number and Emi was in three different ones. Emi is in a much higher level of figure skating and is 1/2 the size of the skaters out there.

I most certainly wish that figure skating was still going on because I could go to the rink and leave the eBay woes at home!

That may be correct for the individual you were talking with. However, T&S has access to every bit of information, including who has left what DSR, when and for what transaction.

Been there, done that, know the system.

I suspect, what happened is this: you received those low DSRs from one buyer (most lilely a shipment delayed in the mail). The eBay system has a routine which runs a few days after the evaluation to determine if low DSRs came from the same buyer. If that is the case, the penalty of losing TRS status is lifted although the low DSRs still show on your record for three months

Thanks for this information. Then I guess I need to call T & S and chat with them about these DSR's. They just truly stand out and I've had lots of sales with no complaints coming in.

I'll give it a try tomorrow!

The discount is applied to the invoice following the assessment.

Have you checked your April 15th invoice summary for a discount?

Yes, I checked and double checked for a discount on the April 15th invoice summary....nothing.
