The ebay of Spain does http://ebay.es in Spanish. 

But if you're looking for an ebay version of ebay.com in Spanish, I don't know if there is such a thing. 

There is a French version of ebay in Canada but we are a country which is officially bilingual as part of our Charter.

If you need a translation of a particular page, you could try using Babelfish or Google Translate. Both are quirky. Be very careful of spelling and grammar.
