I was unable to Buy it Now because seller did not specify international shipping.  Can he alter that on the item for sale?  It is also up auction.  He agreed to sell to me and we agreed to the price of shipping to Canada.  The listing was originally for US only.

Hi ..send seller this page and ask him to add your ID to his blocked bidder exemption list..

Should work unless he requires immediate payment. That would require revision to remove or add shipping to Canada.
