If I have multiples of items can I list on .com for US only and .ca for Canada etc.

I am finding since listing in Cdn $ on .ca, I have lost most of my US buyers.  The only sale I made to a US buyer this past weekend was something I had listed on .com.

Now I have multiples of many items and would like to list one on .com specifying only US shipping.  List the other one on .ca with shipping only to Canada and international.  Do you see any problems?  If I ship to the US only on .com, do I have to get rid of the ship worldwide.

Here is one that I only ship to the US.

This is not my area of expertise but I would have to say 'yes' you do have to remove Worldwide on the ebay.com listings if you also ship outside Canada on ebay.ca.

Otherwise, they will overlap and you may find yourself in violation of the duplicate listing policy.

And I would go with Worldwide on ebay.com instead of ebay.ca and use ebay.ca to ship only within Canada.

If you feel the reason your sales have slowed is because you're on ebay.ca in CAD now.

Thanks for your response.  I thought that I would add the international to Canada as I offer free shipping, but on the other hand, the US $ is what people know and I might be better off following your suggestion.  With the .com listing, shipping wasn't going to be free, so I will have to pay a shipping FVF.

"If I ship to the US only on .com, do I have to get rid of the ship worldwide."

You have to go around the "duplicate listing policy"

If you have two identical items you could list one with shipping to Canada only (that listing will not show on eBay.com)

and a second one shipping worldwide EXCEPT Canada (Canada would have to be excluded specifically)

Or you could do the reverse:

Listing one item on eBay.com with shipping to the USA only (listing would show on eBay,com only)

and a second item on eBay.ca shipping worldwide EXCEPT the USA.

Personally I would not bother.  Tried that many times over the years with mixed results. Americans would buy the Cdn$ listing on eBay.ca while Canadians would buy the US$ listing on .com! Smiley Sad
