Hi Sapierman, See this eBay Help page re Stores  http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/stores.html   Follow all the links and click around over there and first determine if a store makes economic sense for you.  Stores typically benefit high volume sellers, those who list a minimum of 100 items a month.

Stores get lower fees in some places off-set by higher in others. http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/storefees.html  and

http://pages.ebay.ca/storefronts/Subscriptions.html

The Fee Illustrator for eBay.ca seems to be down.  If you want, you can run the numbers on the eBay.com Fee Illustrator to help determine if you will profit from a store http://pages.ebay.com/sellerinformation/illustrator/   Or just run the numbers with a calculator.

But you must get your DSRs in better shape.  4.5 for shipping time is going to hurt you.  Good luck!

Sorry, but no. Even if you open a store, it doesn't change your selling limits (if you have them).

This will explain what you can do to raise your selling limits:

Selling Restrictions - eBay

Until your limits are raised, it would probably cost you more in fees if you were to open a store.
