It is clearly stated that I only ship to Canada/US but I get other bidders. Now what?

It is clearly stated that I only ship to Canada and the US but I keep getting bidders from other countries.  What do I do if someone from another country wins.

When listing (or editing) a listing under

Buyer requirements select

Block buyers who: Have a primary shipping address in countries that I don't ship to

Works if you have shipping set up for the correct countries.
