After she emailed me that the sling she bought from me doesn't fit her I responded immediately offering exchange for different size or refund upon returning the item...
I sent the message through eBay and directly to her email... she never replied so I thought she changed her mind and decided to keep the sling... and now a month later she gave me a negative for not responding to her email.... WRRRRRR.... X-( X-( X-(

And now again she is not responding....

I requested contact information and her phone is not in service....

The feedback is not fair !!! I didn't deserve it !!!
To have it removed I will have to pay to the square trade $29.99 ... :_|

And as I just posted on another thread.........I am getting very nervous about doing business online because there seems to be absolutely no support or cooperation from eBay for anything unless you are a buyer. It makes me seriously consider becoming a good-byer to eBay.

Regarding Square Trade if you are still going to pursue it... paying the $29.95 doesn't guarantee success... if the other party still won't agree you will be out the money and still show the neg.

Hey Kasha...

eBay can be really silly when it comes to feedback. I had a huge talk to the safety and trust people at eBay Live in Boston about my experience with a buyer.

In my case there was a clear violation of a policy, where in this case the policy does state that they will only remove it if the person could not be contacted, and now they are saying that you can contact them.

*sigh* I'm getting so sick of hearing these stories of crappy buyers screwing over sellers, I really am.

OP the point I think you're missing is that they've stated the policy. They're not going to remove the feedback because of false/missing contact info. They used to but apparently not anymore.

What you need to do now is purse the false/missing contact info to get her off the site!
