eBay can be really silly when it comes to feedback. I had a huge talk to the safety and trust people at eBay Live in Boston about my experience with a buyer.
In my case there was a clear violation of a policy, where in this case the policy does state that they will only remove it if the person could not be contacted, and now they are saying that you can contact them.
