New Canadian taxes on eBay.ca. How to setup multi regions?

The new eBay.ca setting for Canadian taxes is confusing as it asks for only one province and one tax value. Any idea how to benefit from this and any possible conflicts with PayPal tax setting?

Yes! you can dump as a CSV file and the manipulate as needed

I use Paypal tax 15% for all Canadian transactions, then I refund what is extra to the buyers, so no extra fees to paypal!!! Buyers will be glad to receive non expected refund. well, most of them.

That seems like a good approach. The one drawback I see is that you use up your one shot at a refund. If you later on need to refund the buyer, you would have to do it as Send Money, and the buyer will be charged PayPal's fees. Most buyers wouldn't be happy about that.

The other problem is that you have to "manually" do that. With Marketworks is all automated, I just print my orders and ship

If you do any volume, all this "manual" workaround end up consuming a big part of your time
