There is only 2 ways for this to be done ...
In my store I have a banner that displays only the newly listed items So all you would do is click on my store and see the banner titles NEWLY LISTED...
THe other way you can check is to go to the seller store or Listings and Sort by Time Left which will show you there newest listed items not whether they are New or just relisted is a different story
Option 1 only works if the seller has a store and has Specifically set it up this way
