Not receiving notifications of Listing Confirmed

I'm not getting e-mail when I list an item and my Listing Confirmed notification preference shows as Real Time.

Phoned eBay but that was a waste of time.   No explanation offered.

Occasionally notification is received as it should but most times, nothing.

If the item is in My Ebay, that's your confirmation right there. You don't need email for that.
