Today I received a message from Ebay.

I'll answer your 3 questions for you:

1. This is a community forum not run by "Administration Ebay". They must have good reasons to disturb your business.

2. It only takes a few bad transactions to ruin your whole account. Feedback is not the only thing they use to judge your account well being. We don't have enough information from your post to give you a reason as to why.

3. Contact ebay personally via phone or email. For them to suspend your account indefinitely, something serious must've happened, otherwise they would just issue a warning.

The fact is that only blocked the account of the seller. I've already sent my documents by fax and written message. From Monday I will a service call to the U.S. to address this issue.
