Priority Worldwide Pack USA: Why can I not find a delivery standard for this?

I have an American buyer who has requested and paid for the fastest shipping possible to Florida.

The Canada Post website tells me this is Priority Worldwide Pack USA but it doesn't give me a delivery standard.

Can anyone tell me the reason for this or, better yet, what delivery standard to expect? Xpresspost USA is five (5) business days so my expectation is that this is three or four. 

I already understand I have to purchase this service at the postal counter, there is no option to do so with Paypal Shipping.

What I don't understand is the reason I'm not seeing a guaranteed delivery date for the order.

CP website says next day delivery:
