Problems Getting email Payment Confirmations from PayPal?

So far this morning I am missing three email payment confirmations from PayPal.

I got the eBay transactions confirmations OK

The payments show "paid" in both eBay and PayPal

But... no email yet from PayPal.

I suggest you check your PayPal account if you are expecting payments this morning from your buyers and rely on those email confirmations to arrange invoicing and shipment.

That seems to be an ongoing problem for me Pierre, I had a couple missing 2 weeks ago, and they never did arrive.

Not happening to me so far today, but on a somewhat regular basis I will get the odd one that takes a few extra hours, up to a day or even more sometimes to arrive....

The odd thing is that I'll have 5 sales, 4 arrive momentarily after the ebay notification, the other one takes some extra time, up to many hours sometimes to arrive .... very odd.....

I am waiting for 2 from Paypal as well so I can ship. Wonder if they are starting to change things for the July 1 split and are having issues

Me too, I withdrew money to my bank this morning. Usually, I get a message from Paypal re the transaction.  So far nothing, so I think there's going to be issues, during the transition.  Maybe it's time to consider going back to MOs and checks.  My buyers in the long ago past, never had any problems paying that way.  My feedback as an honest seller, should re-assure buyers they will get their purchase and customer satisfaction.

I am missing one note today as well... And quite often on other days

Have to press my SOLD items to stay on top of it and to prepare packaging and shipping

No receipts for payments made to sellers either. It seems the whole email system is KAPUT

At 4:50pm (Eastern) the missing email payment confirmations are starting to come in.

Two in and still two missing.

Checking the source code, the problem was at PayPal's end.  They were sent a few minutes ago, not this morning.

3 down 1 to go. All from this morning so they have a ways to go to get caught up.

Periodically mine come in varying from immediate to 3-4 hours later. Although I have had more than a couple show up more than a few days later.

my money arrived too but i got more of those emails overnight.

oh boy thank goodness paypal isn't a bank or losing their email would be amateur hour.

I'm missing one too.  One came through ok but another one hasn't been sent by Paypal.  It has happened periodically in the past.  What I do is highlight and print the payment transaction shown on Paypal then print the label and ship.  When the email from Paypal finally shows up I will notify the buyer as per usual by email. The best way to prevent missed payments is to keep a close eye on all Paypal transactions directly on your paypal account screen.

All of yesterday's payments were eventually confirmed by PayPal by email.

The problem persists today.  Payment made three hours ago has yet to be confirmed by PayPal.

And the problem persists this morning (June 19th).

Payment made by buyer (as evidenced in PayPal account) but no email confirmation sent yet by PayPal.

It is annoying.

Still a problem.  Had a sale today, no notification email from paypal yet.  Hope this is not a sign of more paypal problems to come.

I've had Paypal emails for all of my transactions this week. It's odd that some people are having problems and others aren't.
