Scamed For 20$

Hello I was on ebay today and bought an item for 20$ and then a couple hours later I get an email from ebay saying that a transaction has been compromised. Then I got to check my paid Items and the listing went down and I had already paid the 20$ is there anyway to get it back or will I have to contact paypal

I would go straight to paypal. Mention the trouble with the listing disappearing when you open your case in the Resolution Centre.

And don't bother with the suggestion to Contact the Seller.

It will just slow things down.

If this were a case of slow delivery, or an item that was not satisfactory, it would be polite to ask the seller what the next step should be. Even there the response of the seller should be prompt and consist either of a tracking number or a refund. Not a long conversation.
