I won a laptop but after the auction closed, I got a message from the seller saying that it was damaged but he couldn't close the auction because it happened within 12 hours of the auction close. I still want to buy because I was primarily looking for the a/c adapter and battery and could use the parts. The seller said he can claim insurance and so he doesn't want to sell. Is there anything I can do? Thanks
