Seller not responding to item not received, can't leave feedback

I purchased item & was told it was sent from Israel Nov. 21, should have arrived within 1 month coming to Canada.  Didn't come.  I thought because of Christmas & destinations, so I let it go another month (since it missed the time frame for a gift).  I contacted the seller that it did not come & it has been 60 days.  How long does it usually take from Israel to Canada?  No response.  Now, it has been well over 60 days & I cannot even leave negative feedback, nor leave info at the resolution center.  I don't think it's fair that there is a time limit on leaving feedback.  That's probably why this seller's rating is higher than it should be.  Anybody who also never received item, would not have had the opportunity to leave negative feedback.

Sorry to say, but you're out of luck at this point.

 

The deadline to leave feedback and/or open a Paypal dispute is 45 days. It is a good practice to open a dispute around the 40-42 day mark, and close it once the item is received-that way you get a bit longer to get the item.

 

The seller is most likely not replying to your messages because he/she know that you are no longer able to open a case against them. While this may be morally wrong, is not uncommon.

 

Take it as a learning experience. Hopefully you get the item soon, and if not... hopefully it wasn't too expensive!

Did you try to go back to paypal or your credit card to cancel the transaction
