Seller on .com is using my own pictures on eBay .

Hi there need a help to protect myself of dishonest sellers on eBay.This seller had used and continue using my pictures .Most of my pictures have a rose for signature . He tried to covered part with photoshop but there is other stuff that i use to recognize my pictures.I had contacted eBay but no action he is keep doing it . I wrote him asking him to stop using my picture .I start to follow him tonight .But eBay must take action. Whats my options.Thank you very much in advance

no i didnt .i tried to now to fail complain officaly but even after i download the adobe didnt work

this is what they said in their form .I never registered my pictures .So what i should do then

Complain anyway. They should be able to see that you put up your pictures earlier than the thief.  Note the date of your first use in your complaint.

 

You can also, for future pictures, add a watermark, usually your eBay name or your personal website.

 

If you happen to put your pictures on a third party site for safekeeping and list from there, instead of your desktop, there is a nasty trick. Basically your replace the pictures they stole that are on the third party website with something...else... be imaginative.

Like a neat sign that says 'handbagsvogue has it in stock'. Or maybe this to sow confusion:undefined

 

I am a technodolt and have no clear idea how the replacement is actually done. But there are lots of posters here who can give you step by step instructions.

Thank you very much .I think isnt my best week .Will look to start to using watermark or something to be able to protect my hard work.I just wrote email to Raphael and i hope he will help me .
