I always shop on ebay.ca , I was in a bit of a hurry and bought something from ebay.com . The item had free shipping so I didn't bother to look at the shipping tab. I went to pay for it and I realized that they might not ship to Canada and was directed to contact the seller for an invoice. I have sent the seller 4 emails, explaining the issue asking her to send me an invoice so I can pay for the item as well as shipping for my mistake , or if they did not want to sell to Canada to please remove my order. I have had no response either way , what should I do. \

I went back to check, I did access the Item through Ebay.ca not Ebay.com . And I have been patient as I said over the last week . The Item is something I need . I guess what I am asking is how long is the waiting period before I can have Ebay cancel it. The woman was responding to me minutes before I bought the Item when I had questions about color, but as soon as I bought it she has refused to respond. I pay for my Items as soon as I buy them , I have a perfect feedback record , but I have never come across this issue.
