So frustating... Why can we not sell any Smartphone Empty box ??

Just being on the phone with ebay for 20 minutes and they hardly are able to explain why I can not sale used empty box !... This is so unfair !... Just did a research on the ebay website and they are at least 11, 000 items ''empty box'' for sale !

Really do not understand it !

I only found two (2) listings for smartphone empty box and one included the charger.

There was a problem with smartphone empty boxes a couple years back where buyers thought they were buying a phone and only got an empty box. I guess eBay put a stop to that.

The vast majority of those listings you referred to are fore collectibles. The boxes have value. An empty smartphone box? Hum?

If you do a search with ''Empty Box'' in Cell Phone and Acc.'' category the result show 39 items ?!?!?.... If those are not empty box for smartphone !

39 is a long way from 11,000. Those listings will probably get pulled and the seller slapped with a policy violation. Only two actually say "empty box", the others mix up the keywords. Obviously, selling a cell pnoe "empty box" is not allowed. It is not worth the hassle.
