I have been selling for years and I never had problems to insert the photos for sale. Now the photos do not comply with Ebay policy.
I set up the Cannon machine, in colour picture, on JPEG image, auto detected, resolution 100, and it is not accepted by Ebay.
Ebay request when working with JPEG to use resolution 90 or higher, consequently, I do not lnow what is wrong because i am following
Ebay instructions. I am really stacked with this situation because i can not edit my selling and I will appreciatte very much the cooperation of Ebay via e-mail : to solve this problem, I have hearing problems for phone conversation, for that reason I am requesting the help of one Ebay's representative via e-mail.
Waiting for a prompt reply and some intelligent answers. thanks in advance for your help.

This sounds like a job for technical support. I'd call them. I've been having the same problem, some of my photos 'shrink' in the process of uploading them. Something is screwy here.

Hi,
On January 22, eBay.ca officially implemented the Picture Requirements Policy which was originally announced last year.
If you have any further questions about these requirements, please reach out to Customer Support.
Thanks,
