The item I returned has bounced, and I got it back: seller provided an incorrect address. What should I do?

I ordered a modem, received it. My provider told me that the modem wouldn't work with them because of Canadian regulations that didn't accept cable modems with built-in wireless access points. So, I contacted the seller and asked for return address. He provided me an incorrect one: I paid more than $20 for shipping, and got the modem back today saying that there's no such street. What should I do?

Hi .. Cut your losses and try to sell it.  Seller may have made a mistake or deliberately gave a wrong to get past the possibility of a claim being filed . Was it China.
