You don't need to speak to anyone.
You can REVISE your listing yourself. The link is right there in the upper left corner under the title.
However.
If you have listings, you cannot change anything. You would have to end every bid (IMPORTANT!) and then end the listing, revise and relist. You run a chance of never seeing those bidders again, so consider whether your loss on shipping is worth losing potential buyers.
