A savings of $0.05 over the regular listing cost. Gallery is great but cost prohibitive on every item all the time.

If they had done get free gallery when you pay the listing fee, you could use relists and get the fee refunded...this way of course you can't, making the .05 "savings" actually cost quite a bit more if you have sales

I'm surprised start price wasn't .99 cents - that seems to be the eBay favourite.

Once again Powersellers get F_ _ _ _ _ by Ebay. Free Listings indeed!! Free when you spend $0.35 per listing on a feature that should be included in your listing anyways. And the limitation on price?? Ebay thinks we are very stupid don't they. I will continue to stock my store and await a REAL promotion. Hey Ebay, my fees are down $500.00 per month the last two months, and I will continue to list only on 20 cent listing days, with NO gallery. I hope enough powersellers will adopt this strategy, that you get serious about promotions and helping sellers.

Well, I'm going to list but I was going to list anyways. I have a bunch of old Game Boy games I am going to put up and use gallery with so it works out ok for me anyways. But it's certainly not because of the so-caled Free listing day. That's hogwash!

I am very disappointed in this promotion. I didn't read it properly in the beginning. I have only been able to find one item so far that I can list for under $10 and I probably wouldn't have needed a photo for this one. I suppose this promotion is our monthly promotion. Tsk Tsk EBay. VERY DISCOURAGING.

It's on the .com site as well so hopefully ebay.ca will come out with a more useful one in the next week or two.

Can't wait for the next promotion - if this one is any indication of the new promotion to come then the next one should be even more appealing (NOT!).

The only thing that this one proves is that the powers be at eBay really think we (sellers) are real bunch of a horses rear end what other reason could they possibly have for this lame and worthless promotion.

We have chosed to boycott this listing and I hope alot more other sellers will too.

I fell into theie trap!!! I listed for FREE a $3,000.00 stamp with all the options (including feature plus) for $21.50 and a 99 cent start so I think I saved 20 cents.
This free listing had nothing to do with me listing it as I was going to list it anyway but HEY!!!!! I saved 20 cents.

I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glad to see I wasn't the only one extremely disapointed with this "promotion," a term I'll use VERY loosly to describe this 0 cent listing day!

I believe that eBay was trying through this promotion to get us to list our items at lower starting prices. I have quite a few items that I start the bidding for at less than $10. However, the ones that I had previously listed for 7.99 or 8.99, this time I started them at 9.99.....hehehe.....the opposite that eBay wanted to happen.

And most of my sales came from my store during the time that the special rate auctions were ending. Most of the auctions went unsold but maybe they brought the people into the store.
