What do you do when it only says that you offer free shipping on an invoice

Just wonder if any of you have had this problem. It is stated in all of my listings what my shipping charges are and all of a sudden when I go to send an invoice to a buyer it only says for shipping that it is free. I do offer no charge when a buyer picks an item up from me. Ebay seems to really have changd a lot of things around for the worse. Things were better the way they were before ebay changed them.

I have never had this problem before.

Was it an invoice for more than one item? Does it actually state that the amount is 0.00 or is the amount blank?

When I went to send out an invoice for 2 items this morning, rather than combining the 2 shipping totals, the shipping box was blank.

As stated in another thread, REMOVE the free shipping option from the shipping section and that will resolve your problem.

If you get many buyers picking up from your location, you may want to indicate no shipping will be charged if the item is picked up.  However, if you get few buyers picking up in Calgary, do not even mention it. KISS.

This was for just one item. I have not had any problems combining items together.
