If it is not in your archives, and you're getting no response from the seller, that means not only has the listing been removed by ebay but the seller has most likely not shipped it. Sometimes perfectly reasonable items get removed from the listings of perfectly decent sellers, - all that VERO copyright stuff. But that does not seem to be the case here.
So the thing to do now is file an 'Item Not Received' claim, - the following link tells you about it, and there is a link to the Resolution Center you can use.
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html
Is that seller by any chance "No longer a registered user"? If so, you can add that to the claim to bolster your case. Anyway, you can add that the listing is no longer available or visible having been removed by ebay. You'll get a full refund.
Good luck. 🙂
