I don't often buy from Asia, and I am careful to read feedback.
So I don't buy from sellers with less than 98% positive or whose negatives show a high percentage of "not recieved" complaints from buyers who did not open INR disputes, whether because they don't know how or because the high cost of return made it pointless.
I also Search with Highest Price First, to get down quickly to my price point and because the low end listings are all too often misdescribed, counterfeit or carp.
So far I have had a few very late arrivals, and one Not Received which was promptly refunded. That's over the past 15 years and about 200 purchases but perhaps a tenth of those were from Asia.
