When I search for an item and limit the search to North America only why do UK sellers show?

What is the point of clicking "North America only" to limit my search?  I keep seeing sellers from the UK anyways!  I am not willing to pay shipping from outside North America.

Try using the distance option instead?

If you are leery of international shipping costs, be careful not to choose a seller who used the Global Shipping Program.

If you search on a mobile (and that may be the basic problem you are having with location) this doesn't work but if you Search on a laptop or desktop, using List View, any lot with these words:

Customs services and international tracking provided

will charge you duty, sales tax and a service fee before the seller is allowed to ship.

This is a Buyer Protection program, and does nothing for buyers.
