Where disappeared shopping cart from right corner of my page?

When I was viewing items on eBay, there was an option "ADD TO CART" and items been stored in shopping cart. Later I could decide

do I want to pay for it now or move the item into category "SAVE FOR LATER'.  I had there important for me items that I want to buy later,but I now I can't find it. I am very upset - I spent lot of time searching for them and now they disappeared. Is any chance to restore this information?

You are on ebay.ca and we don't have the cart here.

You have to sign in on ebay.com to see the cart.

if you are buying from a Canadian seller who sells on ebay .ca we do not have the cart even if you log in on ebay .com or ebay.ca .
