Why I can't check my listings views number today?

Does anyone facing the same problem as mine?

As a sudden this afternoon, all the views number of my listings were returned to zero.  I restarted my computer and tried again but same.  Also, My son listed 2 items in his account, same as well.

 What's wrong?
