Why am I being charged twice for selling fees?

When I log into my paypal, it shows payment totals from my buyers with the final sale fee taken. When I go onto eBay, it says I still owe all of those fees? Am I being charged selling fees twice or what?

You are charged FVF (11% is standard) regarding sold listings for the sale of the item and the shipping (yes, you are now being charged on the total shipping cost you are charging the buyer (11% I believe); you are then charged by PayPal (I believe it is 3.5% but it may have gone up) on the total amount again.  PayPal is owned by eBay.  You will be billed by eBay at the end of each month for all the final value fees and listing fees you incur.  Anyone else out there, correct me if I am wrong.

Paypal takes their fees immediately. eBay fees (which are not paypal fees) are billed once a month. They are two separate fees.

Non paying buyers deserve unpaid item strikes.
