Because the bots think you are selling coupons.

If you are not, just ignore it and continue listing. Similar warnings/notices show up if you use the words "Indian", "Native", "Nazi", and several others and also turn up if you list postage stamps on eBaydotCOM but not on eBaydotCA.

If you are in fact selling restricted products, be aware that the listing may suddenly be pulled. If it is don't try to relist it.
