Because you have not yet shown that you have the items, will sell the items for the amount the buyer pays, will ship the items securely and promptly, and treat buyer problems professionally.

When you have shown that you can do all that, your ability to list and to sell will be easier.

Are you also aware that when you do sell an item, your customer's payment will be held by Paypal for 21 days against your seller performance. But that since the buyer has paid, you are required to ship within 7 days* to keep your Seller Protections?

*But ship as soon as PP tells you that you can print a shipping label. Don't ship until the buyer has paid and the payment has cleared, even if PP is holding it.

Nice first sale, by the way. But for your own security, and to build your sales numbers, you might want to list less valuable items before you get into the good stuff.
Scammers target new sellers of high end products.
Fingers crossed your customer is one of the good guys. (Most are.)
