Why can't I manually enter a tracking number for my sold items?

Hi... First..try deleting your cookies and cache and restart computer and try entering it again... if no help then log into your PP (PayPal) account and find the transaction that you want to enter the tracking number..click on "Details" and scroll to bottom of page and there should be a link to enter the number in and click on it ....then follow the instructions.

PP will send the buyer a email onthe info you typed in.
