What message does a 'Blocked Bidder' see?

If an ebay ID is blocked, what message does the ebayer see?

Is there a different message for buyer IDs that are blocked due to Unpaid Item Strikes or Policy Violation Reports?

What if the bidder was blocked manually by the seller after proving a nuisance? Same message?

well I saw " u cannot bid because of 2 unpaid items during the past sixth months". and you cannot bid on the page.

As far as I know some sellers are really losing big........

I only know of one item I did not pay for...I bid for it and then asked the guy to please forget (stg about a birthday present and it would not have fit)..he refused and sent long long long rants.....total idiot !

the other one : NO clue about.....always paid or seller agreed..

ebay  again.........with my history..hello ???
