I saw others titled their item with a brand on it when selling. I did the same thing too when selling an item. Yet, mine always gets to remove and other sellers didn't get ebay to remove, why?
If anyone knows the answer for this, please give me precise explanation for this, thank you!

There could be a number of reasons. One being you lack of selling experience. Up until recently, you haven't sold anything since September. Ebay places certain restrictions on new sellers or those who haven't sold in awhile.
Another reason could be you're offering worldwide shipping. Sometimes there are restrictions as to what can be sent to where.
Another could be copyrightin infringement. If you do not have permission to sell a particular brand of product, it could get removed if reported.
Others may have the same thing listed but you do not know how many have also had theirs removed and you do not know how many will be removed in the future.
If ebay has removed the item more than once, don't relist. They should have sent you an email explaining why your item was removed. If they say you can list once you meet certain criteria, don't relist until you have met it.

Hi,
Thanks for responding my question. I received email from ebay the reason for removing my selling item because of trademark violation. I saw many others put the brand name on the title for the product too. Their items didn't seem to get removed. How come mine got removed?

I feel your pain saphire9988.
I have tried to list an NFL jersey on ebay multiple times (I'm stubborn). It was a brand new New York Jets jersey with the tags and everything.
Every time I list it, it gets taken down. I call ebay customer service and I get this heap of bs as a reply: "If you want to sell NFL jerseys, you need to get written agreement from the NFL's legal attorney's stating that they authorize you as a reseller." Even for one jersey? "Yes."
I don't believe the people that have 100's of NFL jerseys listed a 75% off regular cost (obvious knockoffs) have written permission from the NFL. It's stupid.
