Why cant I see my listing,says (Restricted items) selling Hotwheels?

I'M in Canada on Ebay Canada,and when I list an Item(sell to Canada and US)and then want to see it in my ebay, my listing is there but when I Click on it to see it,the only thing I get is a red Rectangular popup saying:

I listed items in december and had no problem at the time,why now?

Tried relisting many times trying other options but still get the same thing.Have seen this on auctions that I was interested in biding.

Is this the Batmobile? I can see that listing just fine and it appears to be the only item you have listed.

But the pictures are pretty bad. Do you have or can you borrow a real camera? Or use a tripod to keep your cellphone still?

Checked again.I still cant see my auction,still says restricted,maybe only Ebayers from the US can see it and not us from Canada.
