I bought an item, the seller shipped it, it didn't arrive, it was returned to the seller, the seller wrote me a message to tell me that this had happened. But, ebay didn't send me an email when the seller wrote to me and so i didn't see the message for almost 2 weeks.
I browsed my notification settings and i didn't notice anything that seemed to be set wrong. Can someone tell me what i need to do to prevent this from happening again? Which settting controls this and where is it?
