I have made several offers for one particular ebay item but it isn't showing up in my Bids/Offer section and the seller hasn't responded to my past offers. The seller had indicated they never saw the offer but the offer email is in my email basket. Why can't I see my offer and why can't the seller see it?
If you were able to contact the seller outside the BO system, I would assume that she was not interested in the offer and was letting you down gently. Which is another way of saying she lied and was ignoring you.
