Eligibility
Only sellers invited via an email and/or a message in My eBay and whose accounts meet eBay's minimum seller performance standards are eligible. The Promotion is activated with the seller's qualifying eBay user ID after the seller activates the Promotion from the invitation email or on the Promotion landing page. It is not transferable.

Can you list free using fixed price in all the categories that are now restricted such as coins, stamps, etc with this promotion?

I did not see them, just trying to be careful as I only list in categories that now have the restrictions for fixed price. If there are none of the restrictions in the free listing offer, all the better

If you list from your Canadian account and you list on both .ca and .com, does the special apply to both or just what is listed on .ca?

The special promotion only shows up once under .ca and my Ebay account shows nothing yet so I can't check.

I do know I listed 300 and only 198 are showing as used under the special.

I really don't want to get a surprise and pay for all the items listed on .com

This is strange

When I look at my account on .ca is shows the listing special of 10,000 and what was used on .ca and the 150 free for the store on .ca.

When I look at my account on .com it shows the listing special of 10,000 and what was used on .com and the 50 free auction items and the extra 50 auctions, even though I have a store.

Some discrepancies depending on where you look. It appears the special is on both but will only show the .ca if you look on .ca and the .com if you look on .com.  It also does not recognize the Canadian store when you look on .com hence the auctions freebies instead of store freebees.

Did you list all your fixed price listings with GTC duration or 30 days?

Then it should be no problem whether you listed on eBay.com or eBay.ca or eBay.cafr

Have you checked you eBay seller account?  Do you see any listing charge?

not so far but only page 3 and 4 show up, page 1 and 2 are blank and it does show the promotions as active and both being used depending on which site I look on

Also, my selling manager does not show as well when I look on .com

Have you checked your Selling Manager (right column)?

Often the invitation is shown in Selling Manager while no email is sent to the seller.

My god, another "by invitation only"!!  I hate those wordings so much!!  **bleep** eBay!!   Allow ALL sellers to receive the promos NOT by invitation only!!  GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
