a newbie question: is it possible to resell other bigger seller's goods on ebay? like listing items from a big seller and get commisions or profit from price differences? like retail->wholesale?
On Taobao, they have a dedicated resell platform where u can apply from bigger sellers, get a lower price than their selling price and make some profit.

I think what you are asking about is "dropshipping". You put up the listing and when you get a sale you notify the supplier who ships to your customer.
If the supplier is out of stock, the customer gets mad at you.
If the supplier is overseas, the customer may get hit with customs and taxes, and gets mad at you.
If the item is not as described, the customer gets mad at you, returns the unwanted item to you, and you are stuck with it.
There are likely to be hundreds if not thousands of other sellers dropshipping from the same supplier. Their prices are likely to undercut yours.
Sell what you know, know what you sell.

I have heard of the people listing items on ebay that are actually sold on Amazon or Walmart.com. When the ebay customer pays for the item, the ebay seller then buys the item from Amazon or Walmart.com and have it shipped directly from the other company to their ebay customer.
The ebay buyer may not be happy once they get the item and see that it came for those other sites and that they could have bought it directly from them.
This type of listing is not against policy but you may end up with unhappy customers.
