what can i do about unrealistic shipping charges,i contacted the buyer before the listing ran out he told me maybe 5 bucks to canada from us. this is a scam the item is a dime yess 10 cents,the bid was a dollar

Hi .. Nothing you can do unless you can convince seller to send an invoice at a reduced shipping.  Gosh, open that listing and 99¢ and $24.99 are staring at you.

I hope you will not be mentioning shipping costs in the feedback since it was available for you to see before bidding.

I checked USPS.com and didn't see any Priority Mail International for less than 12.95.

Since you agreed to pay the $24.99, pay it and then make sure you find out shipping prior to bidding on your future purchases so you are not surprised by the amount later on.
