US buyers say shipping calc does not work

Hi, 

I've been listing on ebay ca. for a while now and suddenly US buyers are telling me that the shipping Calculator doesn't function. I have checked my settings and it seems I can't even turn it on. I prefer to list on the Canadian site as all my shipping options are there. Is there any way to make the calculator function?

The listings you have now are using small packet and are showing shipping price for the U.S. but there are a few auctions that have ended that did not have a shipping price. I'm guessing that in those listings you were using expedited USA.  The minimum measurement for expedited parcels to the U.S. is 21 x 14 x 0.5 cm. If the measurements that you put in the shipping calculator are smaller than that, the calculator won't work. The measurements for expedited in Canada are different...10cm x 7cm x 1 mm   

The minimum for tracked packet -140 mm x 90 mm x 1 mm

You might want to use that small parcels as it can be less expensive than expedited.

Just in case you don't know..if you use paypal for printing your shipping labels, tracked packet has a discount of up to 14%. Expedited Canada and USA has a discount of about 18% off of counter prices.
