how do I contact ebay via  email, a member has been harrasing me and phoning me outside of ebay because I gave thembad feedback  they deserved , and I didnt give them my phone number they must have searched me

There is no way to contact ebay.ca or ebay.com by email, the best way is to phone. It looks like you are in the UK and I have no idea if the same is true there so you should probably ask on the UK site discussion boards. (This is ebay Canada)
