Has anyone else notice their shipping label transaction ID showing up as a tracking number on their sellers' site? I have, and all hell is breaking loose. My customers are seeing it, clicking on it and going to the Canada Post website where they are told it's a letter (it's a shirt) and it will take 3 to 7 business days (surface - more like 8 weeks). I phoned both and they are both looking into it. Major mess.
PS - yes, I know surface sucks, but I let my customers know about it and others so they can make an informed choice and they almost always choose it with no problems. (I have been selling as quillsandquarries for years and rocks weigh a lot!) Our shipping prices are bad enough, but asking someone to pay $30 on a $10 is crazy!
