ebay wont let me accept accept cancellation orders

 a seller and i both agreed to cancel a payment on ebay but whenever i go on it  says this case is unavalible

It's possible the seller has not yet done the Request for Mutual Cancellation.

In any case, this is more his problem than yours. If he has opened the MC, if you ignore it (or are unable to accept it) it will close in seven days anyway. Your agreement just speeds up his refund of fees from eBay. Both of you will be able to leave feedback when it closes.

Oh, wait a minute.

You have already paid? Then he must actively refund your payment. Look at your Paypal account to see that this has been done. If your PP account is backed by a credit card the refund would appear on the cc statement.

If it has been refunded, all is well. The seller can open the MC and you can accept it with confidence. (Don't accept an MC without the refund.)
