Hi there! I was going to buy an item but sadly, i took the wrong item without realising. I mixed up the colors of a wig and then I stopped the payment to cancel it. But how do I cancel it officially? Cauz I don't want the seller to send it to me since I don't want that one but another...Buying wigs is difficult when you don't see clearly in a small picture the right color of the item 😞

Contact seller, politely explain your reluctance to go through with the auction...I mean  after all... they have nothing better to do than cancel auctions all evening long...?:|...ask for a mutual cancellation, they get their fees back (no harm, no foul ), and you will, of course leave them the most apologetic, contrite feedback imaginable.

How did you cancel payment. Payments through PayPal cannot be cancelled unless there is an issue with seller's account.

BTW, don't ever expect to buy anything from this seller again. He is almost certain to place you on his blocked bidder list.

Sellers really don't like buyers who don't pay and all the hassle necessary to get their fees back and re-list the item.
