I buy phone was rang band the send me the address ask me to send back I send back since jan 8 2015 since that time the say thay didn't received the phone I ask them to change to one plu one maboor or to send my money back the didn't send anything 360 plus is gonnn I need my money , thi is the company phone seller

Did you use Delivery Confirmation (tracking) when you returned the phone?
Neither eBay nor Paypal will refund unless you can prove delivery.
However, the deadline for Disputes is 180 days with Paypal and that has passed.
Go to the credit card you really paid with. Paypal is just a useful mediator.
Call the 1-800 number on the back of the card.
Ask the customer service clerk about a chargeback.
She will want information about dates, payments, transaction numbers and currency. Have all this information ready.
Some cards will want proof of delivery.
Some cards will want proof of mailing.
Cards have longer deadlines than eBay or Paypal, sometimes, but they do have deadlines.
In the future.
Read the listing carefully. Don't just look at the picture. Check on a laptop or desktop computer. Mobiles lack detail.
If returning, use tracking.
Contact the seller promptly with problems.
If the seller does not promptly refund when you can prove the item has been received, go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open a Dispute.
Since English is not your first language, ask a friend with stronger English to help you. It can be confusing.
