Has anyone successfully imported small packets of flower seeds into Canada?

After doing some research, it looks like Canadian customs permits flower seeds in less than 500g amounts. Also, the seeds that I want do not fall under the invasive species category for Ontario (my home province).

The seeds that I wish to purchase come in packets of 100 seeds or less, which is definitely far from a 500g amount. I am looking at importing Echinacea, bleeding heart, and butterfly bush seeds.

The sellers that I wish to purchase from are located in the USA and list their products as being available to ship worldwide.

Should I be okay to purchase these seeds and have them come across the US/Canadian border without being flagged and/or confiscated?

(This is the first time I've ever posted to the forums in Ebay, so I apologize in advance if I posted on the wrong forum topic.)

You can't count on getting import information from the seller.  They are willing to ship to anywhere.  You should contact Canada Customs, they'll give you the right answer.  BTW all those varieties you mention, are readily available at your local nursery.

Alrighty, thank you! The varieties that I'm looking for in those species aren't available at my local nurseries sadly. UPDATE: I was since able to locate someone in Ontario via Ebay that I could get the varieties of bleeding hearts and coneflowers, but not the butterfly bushes.

I'm really hoping to get tri coloured butterfly bushes (http://cdn0.michiganbulb.com/images/uploads/320/58222.jpg), (http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/71AbUD7KzNL._SY300_.jpg), and especially (http://i.ebayimg.com/images/i/381159269856-0-1/s-l1000.jpg).
