has anyone made a purchase and have it not put into archived items?

I had made a purchase and was late getting shipped which was fine... but I'm still waiting to receive my item and not only has my item been removed from purchase history but it hasn't been archived either.  Has anyone ever experienced this?

You will be able to see the purchase on your Paypal account indefinitely.

With late shipping and non-arrival, be aware that you only have 45 days to file an Item Not Recieved dispute with eBay/PP. After that you will have to phone the credit card you actually paid with (PP is just the mediator) and ask about a chargeback.

Do NOT allow a seller (especially an Asian one) to 'send a replacement'. He won't.

Only 45 days wow... well I was informed that my item would be late but that it would be sent by courier.. coming from the UK and I'm in Canada... was shipped on the 17th of this month... crossing fingers it gets here soon! Thanks for the info I appreciate it!!
